Movie Review: Justice League (2017)

Well, true believers... Sorry, wrong crowd, I meant... Holy cow Batman, I just saw the Justice League movie! For those of you that have lost track, Justice League is the fifth film in the DC universe. Altogether, we got the Man of Steel (2013), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Suicide Squad (2016), Wonder Woman (2017) and now Justice League (2017). Honestly, the DC films have not been winning me over. From Man of Steel to Batman v Superman, I've been disappointed by each of the films in one way or the other. It wasn't until the Wonder Woman movie came out that I finally saw some potential for the DC universe to become enjoyable. Wonder Woman had a lighter tone and more humor than the previous films. After Wonder Woman's success, changes were made to the Justice League movie in hopes of capturing the same audience approval as Wonder Woman. After finding out about the changes being made, I had some hope of enjoying the Justice League movie. Well, It was better than the other DC films but not as good as Wonder Woman.

Movie Review: Attack of the Killer Donuts (2017)

Who remembers the movie Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978)? If you do then you then you're remembering an awesome classic. Well, the tomatoes had their chance to rule the world and failed. Now it's time for another food to try to seize the day and that food is... donuts! That's right, those glazed, sprinkled, cream-filled treats have had enough. So, watch out for Attack of the Killer Donuts (2017).

Attack of the Killer Donuts is a comedy/horror that has a eighty-six minute run time and is rated NR (not rated) but has violence and language. It was directed by Scott Wheeler and written by Nathan Dalton, Chris De Christopher & Rafael Diaz-Wagner. Even though the title pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the movie, here's what you'll be getting into.

Movie Review: The Listing (2017)

I had the opportunity to screen a film by Mario Cerrito, called The Listing (2017). Cerrito has been working hard in the movie industry and has a long list of positions filled when it comes to making movies. Like actor, producer, location management and editor to name a few. So, he has a pretty good idea about all the hard work it takes to entertain the masses. In 2015 Cerrito added the title of director to his workload and launched his first feature-length film called Deadly Gamble.  Two years later, Cerrito is back to thrill us his latest project, The Listing.

The Listing is a thriller that was written and directed by Mario Cerrito. It has a seventy-four minute run time and is rated UR (unrated) but does have language. The story is about a realtor named Michael Morurer. Michael is at the height of life, wonderful wife, great family, and work is taking off

Movie Review: Kepler's Dream (2017)

I had a chance to screen a new film from Leomark Studios called Kepler's Dream (2017), which was named Audience Favorite at the Mill Valley Film Festival (2016). Amy Glazer, director of Kepler's Dream, has been leaving her mark in the entertainment world by turning plays into movies. Glazer's feature film debut was Drifting Elegant (2006), which was based on Stephen Belber's play Drifting Elegant. Now, Glazer has put her talents to work on Kepler's Dream, which is a feature adaptation of the hit young adult novel Kepler's Dream by Juliet Bell (2013).

Kepler's Dream is an adventure/family/drama with a running time of eighty-eight minutes. It's directed by Amy Glazer and written by Sylvia Brownrigg, Sedge Thomson, Ann Cummins, Amy Glazer and Vijay Rajan. The story is about an eleven-year-old girl named Elle that has to go stay with
